1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Weston Disco, trading via westondisco.com (“the Promoter”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

2. The Prize Draw
These terms and conditions apply to the Free DJ Hire Prize Draw (“the Promotion”).
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, suppliers, or any other person professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must provide a valid email address and any other information reasonably required to administer the Promotion.
Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise expressly stated by the Promoter.
Entries submitted using automated systems, bots, scripts, multiple identities, or other methods intended to circumvent the entry limits may be disqualified.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete and submit the entry form available at westondisco.com during the Promotion Period.
Entry is free.
The Promotion opens at TIME AND DATE STATED ON PROMO WEBSITE PAGE and closes at TIME AND DATE STATED ON PROMO WEBSITE PAGE (“the Promotion Period”).
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be included.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, or otherwise not received due to technical or other reasons outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.
5. The Prize
There will be one (1) winner.
The winner will receive HIRE OF A DJ, FULL MOBILE RIG UP TO THE VALUE OF £400 – THEY WILL NEED TO BOOK VIA OUR BOOKING SYSTEM – AND CHOOSE AN AVAVIBLE DATE
The prize includes:
5 hours of DJ entertainment
FULL DJ AND MOBILE DJ RIG TO SILVER LEVEL
SILVER HIRE STANDARD SYSTEM
The prize is subject to a maximum value of £400.00
The prize must be used for an event taking place within
- WE WILL DRIVE UPTO 2 HOURS / 150 FROM OUR BASE IN SOMERSET AT NO EXTRA FEE OR COST
Events outside this area may be accommodated at the Promoter’s discretion, but any additional travel, accommodation or other costs must be agreed separately with the winner before booking.
The prize does not include any services, costs or expenses not expressly stated as included.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the following dates are excluded from the prize:

CHRISTMAS DAY
ANY OTHER DAYS WE ARE ALREADY BOOK WITH OTHER CLIENTS
The event date is subject to the Promoter’s reasonable availability. The winner must agree an event date with the Promoter.
The prize must be redeemed and the event must take place by 24/03/2027
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The prize may not be sold or transferred to another person without the Promoter’s prior written agreement.
If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control make it necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a reasonable equivalent of similar nature and value.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received before the closing date.
The draw will take place on or around 01/11/2026
The winner will be selected using VERIFIABLY RANDOM COMPUTER PROCESS
The Promoter will retain reasonable evidence of the winner selection process.
7. Notification of the Winner
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the Promotion.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner.
The winner must respond within 4 days of the first notification and provide any information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and arrange the prize.
If the winner does not respond within this period, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.
8. Event Booking and Availability
The prize is subject to the Promoter’s availability and reasonable booking requirements.
The winner must provide sufficient information about the event, including the venue, date, location and event requirements.
The venue must be suitable for the DJ service and must comply with applicable health and safety requirements.
The winner is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, venue approvals, licences or consents required for the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking where the venue or event presents a reasonable safety, legal or operational concern.
Any additional services requested by the winner that are not included in the prize will be charged separately.
9. Cancellation or Changes
If the winner cancels the event, the Promoter is not required to provide an alternative prize, replacement date or cash equivalent, except where otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
If an event cannot take place due to circumstances outside the reasonable control of either party, including venue closure, severe weather, government restrictions or other force majeure circumstances, the Promoter and winner will make reasonable efforts to agree an alternative date.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided that any changes are communicated clearly and do not unfairly disadvantage entrants.
10. Entries
Entries must be made personally by the entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that:
are incomplete or invalid;
breach these terms and conditions;
are suspected of being fraudulent or manipulated;
use automated entry methods;
contain false or misleading information; or
otherwise unfairly interfere with the operation of the Promotion.
The Promoter’s decision regarding eligibility and the administration of the Promotion will be final, subject to applicable law.
11. Winner Information and Publicity
The Promoter may publish or make available information confirming that a valid prize award has taken place, in accordance with applicable law and advertising rules.
The winner may be asked whether they are willing to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Promotion.
The winner’s participation in publicity will not be required unless this has been clearly agreed.
Where winner information is made available, the Promoter will do so in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection law.
12. Personal Data
Personal data supplied by entrants will be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and arranging the prize.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Where entrants are given the option to receive marketing communications, consent to receive marketing must be separate from entry into the Promotion.
Entrants are not required to agree to receive marketing communications in order to enter the prize draw.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes the Promoter’s liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to the above, the Promoter will not be responsible for:
technical failures affecting entry;
lost, delayed or corrupted entries;
events outside the Promoter’s reasonable control;
any costs incurred by entrants that are not expressly included in the prize.
14. General
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to any person who is found to have breached these terms and conditions or acted fraudulently or improperly in connection with the Promotion.
The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any third-party platform unless expressly stated.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to the Promotion is final, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
